My recent stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While I appreciated the convenient location and the energetic atmosphere upon arrival, my experience was marred by frustrating customer service issues. The accommodations were not what I expected based on the hotel’s reputation, causing a bit of disappointment. Overall, it was memorable for the right and wrong reasons.

I had a solid experience at this hotel, especially thanks to the outstanding concierge service and delicious food at the restaurant. The location was very convenient for airport access, and I appreciate the free shuttle service running frequently. However, my room was in need of some updates, as it felt somewhat dated compared to other areas of the hotel.

The indoor/outdoor heated pool was truly unique, making it a pleasure to swim, especially on cooler evenings. However, while the amenities were impressive, I did notice a few smudges in my suite, which slightly detracted from the overall appeal.
